I’m only addressing Kabbalah because I recently thought of this Freudian analysis of it. If it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t mention it.

Most people consult with the Gods far assistance with their own personal love lives. Look no further to the Greco-Roman Goddesses of Love. If you need help with your love life, talk to them about it. That is the traditional, common practice that invariably persists even to this day. Anyone can easily buy themselves an Aphrodite statue on Amazon.

Kabbalah is different. Kabbalists believe that by living a holy life, they can bring their Jewish God Yahweh (who is likely a dragon) and the Jewish Goddess Shekinah together in sexual union. This union is to be at the new Jewish 3rd Temple (currently in design phase), modeled after the alleged Temple of Solomon, which is eerily modeled after penis-in-vagina (PIV) sexual intercourse.

So… questions.

1. What kind of hubris must a Kabbalist have to believe they can influence the sex and love life of The Supernatural?
2. Can you really manipulate the Gods?
3. And if you can, can you manipulate them at that level?

This is very analogous to the Jewish diaspora being a parental abandonment of a people’s indigenous Gods. This is not unlike how children will blame themselves for the divorce of their parents, and believing through their own hard work and self-improvement that their parents will someday get back together. Alas, we know the story generally never goes the way heartbroken children want it to.
